Branded… with a vengeance!
In a world of fast food news and small attention spans (I blame the internet and it’s blatant use of–ooh I just won an iPad!) any sort of creative work needs to be recognized immediately by a unique brand. Everything from Bat silhouettes in yellow ovals to prominent letters of the alphabet, branding is especially important in the comics world. Not to mention back in the day on the frontier, so that everyone knew which cows belonged to whom.
Keeping that in mind, Gui and myself have decided to embark on creating a brand for QWIXOTIC, more specifically, our girl QWYNN. In the next couple of days we’ll be planning a unique logo/brand to be identified with the QWIXOTIC web comic. It might even hint at a big reveal of the Qwynn character, planned for way later in the series.
Keep checking back this space to see how we take a hot poker and brand our baby QWIXOTIC… not to mention to see the logo itself once Vince gets in on the process and works it out.
